Customer Service/Call Taker

Answer incoming phone calls, schedule taxi cab trips and enter trip orders into the dispatch computer.

DUTIES:

Answer customer phone calls
Place phone orders accurately into computer and by phone
Monitor orders and relay information pleasantly to drivers and customers
Must communicate clearly with a pleasant, helpful tone
Able to handle complaints with ease and see tasks through to completion
Handles customer calls and complaints in the best interest of the customer and the company
Enter and process basic billing information including basic math calculations

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have knowledge of the Des Moines area.
Must be computer literate
Must have high school education/GED or equivalent experience.
Must be able to pass drug test.
Must be dependable.
